Registering for the 2019 Members Meeting

Each Member Hub is invited to bring up to four (4) representatives to the Members Meeting. Two (2) attendees from each hub attend for free as part of membership. Up to two (2) additional attendees are welcome to attend, with an additional cost of $25 per person. All Member tickets include discounted admission to DPLAfest and both ticket types are available using the promo code and Eventbrite checkout below.

Prior to registration, please confer with colleagues at your Hub to determine who will register as free attendees and who, if anyone, will register as additional attendees.

Volunteering at DPLAfest

Each year, we rely on assistance from members of our community and beyond to help us make DPLAfest a success. Volunteers receive complimentary DPLAfest registration in return for at least one half-day shift. To indicate your interest in serving as a DPLAfest volunteer, please complete this form. Note: Submitting this form does not mean you are automatically a volunteer, just that you are interested and available.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or transfer your registration for DPLAfest 2019 please contact us at info@dp.la. Refunds less a $15.00 cancellation fee will be given to all those who submit a cancellation in writing by March 29, 2019. After this date, no refunds will be provided.
